Who am I?

I am Heleen Anderson, a technical recruiter and executive researcher - essentially just a human driven by things I don’t know yet.

As long as I remember myself, I’ve always been curious about how life works and what drives people. That led me to obtain my first degree in Genetic Engineering, however, as it turned out, I felt too far from people and their everyday motivations and challenges.

Some say “luck”, others “coincidence” but eventually I found myself in the People & Talent and instantly felt at home. After a decade in the field, my professional experience combines years of agency recruitment, an in-house talent partner role in a technology scale-up and independent work for start-ups and other like-minded companies.
