Step 1:
Briefing

We will discuss the profile and beyond. In this step, my goal is to understand your company’s unique story and mission. Together, we will agree on candidate personas and shape a suitable talent strategy for the search.

Step 2:
Building the Talent Pipeline

By leveraging my network and sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), I will construct a pipeline focusing on quality.

Step 3:
Personalized Reach-Outs

I will craft your company’s unique story through personalized messages for each and every candidate, aiming to engage and stand out from the crowd.

Step 4:
Screening Interviews

I believe in semi-structured interviews, dedicating time to validate both the right skill match and cultural fit while presenting your value proposition in the best possible way.

Step 5:
Candidate Presentation

You will receive an overview of how your company positions itself in the market based on candidates’ feedback, along with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates, typically 3-5 per position.

Step 6:
Company Validation

Now it’s your turn to meet the candidates, conduct test assignments or case studies. You are not alone: I will assist you in brainstorming the best approach considering each candidate’s background and motivation level.

Step 7:
Offer Negotiations & Closing

Together, we will shape a competitive offer and strategy to close the best candidate. I will stick with you till the end.

Career Counselling

This package is tailored specifically to your needs, starting with analysing your current position in the employment market and discussing the main challenges and career aspirations you aim to achieve.

It includes two 1-hour consultations, independent work, and a behavioural personality test that helps you become more aware of your unique strengths and ways to present them. Together, we will uncover your unique story and find ways to convey it in a compelling message across your LinkedIn profile and CV.
